For 2010, a stunning new cabriolet body style joins the s5 lineup, offering the additional pleasure of open-air driving. The s5 coupe is built with a 354-hp 4. 2-liter v8 engine, while a 333-hp 3. 0-liter supercharged v6 engine debuts in the new cabriolet body style; both feature fsi direct fuel injection. Transmission choices on the coupe include a standard six-speed manual or optional six-speed automatic with tiptronic, while cabriolet models are outfitted exclusively with a seven-speed s tronic transmission, including manual gear selection and steering wheel paddle shifters. Audi's quattro all-wheel drive system is standard on both body styles, along with exclusive s5-specific standard features such as a sport-tuned suspension, 19-inch alloy wheels, aluminum-optic exterior mirrors, front sport seats and brushed aluminum interior trim elements. Options include a bang & olufsen audio system, voice-activated navigation, audi drive select and adaptive cruise control with active braking guard. For 2010, the audi s5 coupe carries over with minor standard equipment and option adjustments. A 3. 0-liter supercharged v6 joins the engine lineup, and a new cabriolet body style is offered.
